"Starting yesterday evening (Yekatit 13 - February 20), they have
categorized the prisoners as those who are 'dangerous' criminals and
those who are not. They have taken what they called 'dangerous'
criminals to a different room where there is no blanket or sleeping
materials. They also took some of our materials which includes black
clothes. We don't know what they are up to but we want the Red Cross
be notified of the situation urgently and make a visit to the prison.
I want all the media and international community be notified of the
situation."
