ARDUF Calls On Ethiopian People To Extend All-out Support for Armed Struggle

AFAR, ETHIOPIA (JUNE 9) – The Afar Revolutionary Democratic Unity Front (ARDUF) has appealed to the Ethiopian people to extend their possible support to the Front which at present is engaged against the twin enemies of Ethiopia: Meles Zenawi’s TPLF, and Isaias Afewerki’s Shaebia. ARDUF said the Afar people have been fighting the two enemies of the country which, by conspiring with foreign forces, are working hard to put the Red Sea under their absolute control and to bring further destruction to Ethiopia.

ARDUF noted that conducting a peaceful struggle in a country where is there is no peace and controlled by mercenaries is impossible, and called on the people to help support the Afar struggle by extending whatever possible assistance they could afford. The full text reads as follows in Amharic:
