Thanks to ethiomedia.com, its impressive network, and huge following and popularity in the Ethiopian community, I found my father. January 1, 2012 was indeed the happiest day of my life.
I want to thank ethiomedia.com and all its readers who helped in the search for my father. Not knowing my father had made life incomplete for me. How and where to find him, has been my preoccupation for many, many years, if not since I was born. January 1, 2012 thus marked the end of an agony and the beginning of a new life for me!
I must gratefully acknowledge that the empathy and support I got from the Ethiopian community ever since my plea was posted has been overwhelming. I would like to say to the members of the Ethiopian community “Thank you so much! I am proud to be an Ethiopian on my father’s side!”
This experience has indeed transformed my life. I sincerely hope that it will encourage people who are in similar situations to never give up the search for their fathers!
