Brit millionaire ‘held 9 model mistresses against their will

London, May 12 (ANI)- Police in Spain have arrested a British millionaire, who has been accused of fathering seven children with 9 model mistresses kept against their will in his Arab-style palace in the Costa del Sol resort of Marbella.

56-year-old Shoja Shojai reportedly met most of the would-be models in London and told them that he was an oil tycoon who was friends with Barack Obama and Vladimir Putin, the Mirror reported.

The nine mistresses, most of whom are in their 20s, have accused Shojai of luring them to Spain under false pretences and subjecting them to emotional abuse and threats of physical violence.

Shojai, who was born in Iran, is currently released on bail and a court in Marbella is probing the claims and will soon decide whether to charge him or not.

The women and their kids, aged nine months to seven, have been relocated to refuges.

The women told police that they were allowed to go out of the mansion but only with the staff whom Shojai employed as drivers and also on the proviso that they told him where they were going and by what time they would return.

The women claim that he threatened reprisals against their kids and families if they dared to disobey him. (ANI)
