The rally was held on Sunday following censorship attempts by the governing board which sought to appease the ruling party of Meles Zenawi, a tyrant who during his 20 years in power has turned Ethiopia into a landlocked and then failed nation. Mr. Zenawi faces genocide and crime against humanity charges by organizations such as Genocide Watch.
